1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we are unable to process a full refund or exchange.

2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when received.

  • In its original packaging, including all parts and accessories.

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, plants, flowers, etc.)

  • Intimate, sanitary, or personal care items

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software or digital products

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to customer handling

4. Proof of Purchase
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

5. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in cases such as:

  • Items with signs of use or wear not caused by us.

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery.

  • Products missing original packaging or accessories.

6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time:

  • Check with your bank or card provider, as processing times vary.

  • Contact your credit card company for pending transactions.

8. Sale Items
Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Items purchased on sale or during promotions are final sale and cannot be refunded.

9. Exchanges
We only exchange items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at FrancisIvory630@outlook.com with your order details.

10. Gift Returns
If your order was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the returned value. Once the item is received, a gift certificate will be issued.

If the order was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

11. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount if applicable.

For expensive or large items, we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. We are not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit.
